Former Italian football manager Franco Colomba has shared his belief that Inter have everything that it takes to go on and do well this season.

Inter are currently sitting in fourth place in the Serie A standings after three games played. Antonio Conte has guided his Inter team to two wins and a draw in their opening three matches of the Serie A campaign.

Inter strengthened considerably during the off-season adding the likes of Arturo Vidal and the highly rated Achraf Hakimi to their ranks and after coming close to going all the way last season, it now remains to be seen whether Inter can take the next step and win a first Serie A title since the 2009/10 season.

“Inter want to win immediately. Vidal, however, still has to find hunger for Conte, but the team still has everything to excel,” he explained in an interview with Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

Colomba most notably played for Bologna and in a 23 year managerial career, he managed no less than 15 clubs including Cagliari, Parma and Padova.
