Ivan Perisic is set to start for the Croatian national team in tonight’s UEFA Nations League match-up against France later on today according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.
The Inter player, who has been deployed at left wing-back in all of his appearances at club level this term, will find himself deployed in a more natural role for himself tonight with this report stating Croatian national team boss Zlatko Dalic will be playing him on the right wing.
Perisic’s Inter teammate Marcelo Brozovic will however play no part in the match against the reigning world champions at the Stadion Maksimir due to him being suspended as a result of an accumulation of yellow cards in previous UEFA Nations League encounters.
Probable Croatian national team starting line-up (4-2-3-1): Dominik Livakovic; Filip Uremovic, Dejan Lovren, Duje Caleta-Car, Dario Melnjak; Mateo Kovacic, Luka Modric; Ivan Perisic, Mario Pasalic, Nikola Vlasic; Andrej Kramaric.
