Inter wing-back Ashley Young has spoken on the value of kindness as part of a newly published YouTube video on Inter’s official club channel.
As part of National Bullying Prevention Month, the Englishman has teamed up with YouTube Kids to speak on the topic of bullying and stress the value of kindness.
This season the former Manchester United player has made three appearances, in which he has provided a single assist for his Nerazzurri teammates.
He said: “Hi kids, I’m Ashley Young and I play for Inter. I’m here on YouTube Kids as I want to talk to you about an very important topic, kindness. When you’re with your family, at school, with your friends, out in the real world and online, it’s important to always try to be kind to others.
“Unfortunately, there are some who are victims of bullying, and this also takes place in the world of football and sport, which I’m a part of. Kindness is contagious and the most effective way to combat bullying. I urge you to be kind to each other. Sending big hugs.”
