All Inter players who have returned to training following the conclusion of the international break have tested negative for COVID-19 according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was broadcast a short time ago.

Inter currently have six players who are positive for COVID-19 in Alessandro Bastoni, Milan Skriniar, Radja Nainggolan, Ionut Andrei Radu, Roberto Gagliardini and Ashley Young.

Bastoni, as per various reports in the media, could possibly make the bench for tomorrow evening’s Derby della Madonnina if he returns a negative test result when next tested.

The highly rated Italian centre back was the first of Inter’s players to contract COVID-19 and due to changes in protocol, provided he returns a negative test result 10 days after testing positive, he will be given clearance to return to action.

Inter versus AC Milan is scheduled to take place tomorrow evening with kick off scheduled for 6pm local time at San Siro.
