Inter coach Antonio Conte is unsure whether to start Marcelo Brozovic or Christian Eriksen against AC Milan in the derby this evening, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how Italian midfielder Nicolo Barella is not fully fit, after suffering a knee injury with the Italian national team recently.

The player still finished the game against the Netherlands and yesterday trained regularly with the squad, and so is expected to start against the Rossoneri this evening.

The only doubt now for the 51-year-old Italian coach is whether to start former Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen or Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.

The Croatian is currently the favourite, although the Dane could feature as he looks to impress the former Chelsea coach and fight for his place in the squad.

Eriksen has recently publicly complained about his lack of playing time in Milan under Conte.

Probable Inter(3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Stefan De Vrij, Aleksandar Kolarov; Achraf Hakimi, Marcelo Brozovic, Arturo Vidal, Ivan Perisic; Nicolo Barella; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
