Inter defender Aleksandar Kolarov was the worst player on the pitch yesterday in the Nerazzurri’s 2-1 derby defeat to AC Milan, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how the Serbian veteran massively disappointed playing as a central defender yesterday, being at fault for both of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s goals. He was given a 4.0 rating, the worst on the pitch.

The beat player for the Nerazzurri yesterday was Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, the report continues, who was awarded a 7.0 rating for his goal and strong offensive work throughout the game.

He was just ahead of Moroccan right wing back Achraf Hakimi and Italian midfielder Nicolo Barella, who both received a 6.5 rating.

Captain Samir Handanovic and Argentine forward Lautaro Martinez both had a satisfactory but otherwise uninspiring performance, and were awarded a 6.0 rating.

Stefan de Vrij and Arturo Vidal both disappointed and received a 5.5 rating for their efforts.

The biggest disappointments were coach Antonio Conte, Danilo D’Ambrosio, Marcelo Brozovic, Ivan Perisic and Christian Eriksen, who all received a 5.0 rating for a poor game.
