Alexis Sanchez’s condition could be examined tomorrow according to a report from the online edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The Chilean national team player was forced off at half time in last night’s Champions League group stage opener at home to Borussia Monchengladbach and following the match Inter stated he was substituted due to a problem with his right adductor.

He had not carried out any tests today and if there are no signs of improvement he could well be examined tomorrow.

Regardless of the outcome of any examinations, Sanchez will not be available for the match against Genoa this weekend.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to explain that there is confidence with regard to the possible return to action of Stefano Sensi.

He missed yesterday’s match due to muscle fatigue but the goal is to have him back available, in all probability for the bench.
