Inter coach Antonio Conte is looking to spread calmness and serenity in the squad, a change from a year ago, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the 51-year-old Italian coach is motivating his squad and remaining calm in press conferences and when talking to the media, not looking to unbalance the squad or rock the boat.

A year ago, Conte was much rawer in the media, often discussing issues or complaints, but now is simply remaining calm and not looking to complain or create bother.

The former Chelsea and Juventus coach is creating a climate of serenity and tranquility in the squad, especially important considering the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and its effects on football.

The 51-year-old Italian’s position at the club was confirmed in a meeting with the management at the end of last season, and so far spirits are high in the Inter camp.
