Inter manager Antonio Conte could make as many as three changes for tomorrow evening’s Champions League group stage match away to Shakhtar Donetsk according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Stefan de Vrij will come back in at centre back in place of Andrea Ranocchia, who took his place at the heart of the defence in Saturday evening’s 2-0 win away to Genoa.

Achraf Hakimi will also be back in the starting line-up at right wing-back after starting Saturday’s match on the bench.

The third change could come at left wing-back. Ivan Perisic could be granted the opportunity to rest and he could be replaced by either of Aleksandar Kolarov or Matteo Darmian although Kolarov would appear to be ahead given Darmian has started the past two matches that Inter have played in.

Shakhtar Donetsk versus Inter is scheduled to kick off at 18:55 CET tomorrow at the Kiev Olympic Stadium.
