Shakhtar Donetsk sporting director Jose Boto has shared his belief that Inter are one of the best clubs on the planet from a tactical point of view ahead of their Champions League group stage clash against one another on Tuesday evening in Ukrainian capital of Kyiv.

“The win over Real Madrid was a big shock, there is no doubt about that. It was even more special because we went to Spain without 11 players, but the guys were fantastic in showing their qualities and what they can do in the future,” he explained in an interview with Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

Boto the went on to share his thoughts on Inter and shared his belief that Antonio Conte’s side are one of a few clubs who can make live for reigning Italian champions Juventus difficult.

“Inter are a strong and tough team, one of the best in the world on a tactical level. The level of Italian football has increased and for Juventus it will undoubtedly be more difficult.

“Teams like Inter, Atalanta and AC Milan can make them suffer, but I say that there is a team that I really like to see in Italy now, it’s Sassuolo, for their tactical ideas and for the brilliant way of interpreting football.”

Shakhtar Donetsk versus Inter is scheduled to kick off at 18:55 CET tomorrow evening at the Kyiv Olympic Stadium. Tomorrow’s match will be the first of two times they face off in the group stage with the second time to be on the final match day on December 9.

The last time the two sides met, which came back in August, Inter ran out comfortable 5-0 winners in the Europa League semi final clash.
