Inter manager Antonio Conte will make four changes to the side that started against Genoa for this evening’s match away to Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Stefan de Vrij will make a return to the starting line-up and will replace Andrea Ranocchia at the heart of Inter’s three man defence.

Achraf Hakimi and Ashley Young will both come in at right wing-back and left wing-back respectively in place of Matteo Darmian and Ivan Perisic.

The fourth and final change that Conte is planning on making is bringing Nicolo Barella back into the starting line-up as the attacking midfielder in behind Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez. He will replace Christian Eriksen in the team.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Achraf Hakimi, Marcelo Brozovic, Arturo Vidal, Ashley Young; Nicolo Barella; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
