Inter central defender Milan Skriniar will return to Milan today according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The Slovakian national team player has completed a three week long period of self isolation in his homeland due to having COVID-19 and upon his return to Milan he will be subjected to a test to determine whether he is still positive or if he is now negative.

Skriniar has been given the green light to return by the ATS because the level of his positivity is not considered capable of infecting others.

He is currently the only Inter player still sidelined by COVID-19 after the other players have all recovered. He is however not the only Inter player out at the moment.

Alexis Sanchez, Stefano Sensi and Matias Vecino are all currently sidelined by injury and they all carried out physiotherapy work during yesterday.
