Contract talks between Bayern Munich and David Alaba have failed once again according to a report from the online edition of German news outlet BILD.

Bayern Munich met with Alaba’s representatives last Friday for a third round of contract renewal talks but Bayern Munich failed to convince Alaba’s entourage and it is currently questionable as to whether or not an agreement can be reached.

Alaba’s representatives felt that Bayern Munich did not show enough appreciation to Alaba, who has spent the past 12 years with them, with their new contract offer.

A report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.it goes on to state that several clubs are prepared to battle for his signature with Inter and Juventus among these clubs.

With Alaba’s deal with Bayern Munich up at the end of the season, interested clubs will be able to approach him on a pre-contract basis from January and the report adds that there are Spanish clubs, English clubs and Paris Saint-Germain all also interested in signing him.
