Stefano Sensi will not return to action for Inter until after the upcoming international break in mid-November according to a report from the online edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Italian national team midfielder is currently sidelined by a muscle strain in his left thigh and Inter have not provided a timeline for a possible return for him but this report claims that he is still a few weeks away from making a return yet.

Last season the diminutive midfielder suffered a number of injuries and many relapses of these injuries which significantly limited his playing time in his first season with the club.

This season the 25-year-old has made just three appearances across all competitions to date, only one of which have come as a starter.

Since his arrival at Inter from Sassuolo, Sensi has made just 22 appearances across all competitions, in which he has scored three goals and tallied four assists.
