Inter manager Antonio Conte is expected to make some level of turnover to the starting line-up for this weekend’s match at home to Parma according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter have played several games in quick succession and after Saturday’s match at San Siro with Parma, they will then play Real Madrid away from home in the Champions League.

As per this report from the Milan based news outlet, the former Juventus and Italian national team manager, is likely to make at least four changes to the line-up that started against Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday for Saturday’s match.

Romelu Lukaku, who has played all barring 25 minutes of Inter’s season so far, could be one of the players given the chance to rest ahead of the match against Real Madrid, which is an especially important game for Inter given their worse than expected start to their Champions League group stage campaign.
