Inter manager Antonio Conte could make several changes to the line-up that started against Shakhtar Donetsk earlier on this week to take on Parma this weekend according to a report from Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, as quoted by Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

The former Juventus and Italian national team boss is said to be contemplating several changes to the line-up for Saturday evening’s match at San Siro against the Ducali club.

Matteo Darmian could come in for Ashley Young at left wing-back, Aleksandar Kolarov could replace Alessandro Bastoni at left centre back and star man Romelu Lukaku may even be granted a rare opportunity to rest.

In the event Lukaku is rested, it is possible that Inter could line-up with a front two of Andrea Pinamonti and Lautaro Martinez with Nicolo Barella playing in behind them as an attacking midfielder.

The report goes on to state that Alexis Sanchez and Roberto Gagliardini will both be back available and will start on the bench. Milan Skriniar will also be on the bench if he returns a negative test result for COVID-19.
