A report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper il Giornale has analysed Inter’s tough 2-2 draw against Parma yesterday.

The report details how the Nerazzurri had seven more points last year after six games compared to this year, with the club struggling to start the season with the same intensity as last campaign.

Inter have drawn three of their last four games across all competitions, with Croatian forward Ivan Perisic saving the Nerazzurri with a late equaliser yesterday.

The Milanese club were unlucky not to be awarded a penalty in the second half, when Perisic was fouled in the box, and even VAR failed to intervene, leading to much criticism.

Inter were slow and predictable in the game, with no strong leader on the pitch, showing how important Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku is to coach Antonio Conte and the squad.

Lautaro also disappointed, continuing his run of poor form.
