Spanish side Real Madrid may be forced to face Inter without Spanish winger Lucas Vazquez, according to a report from Spanish media outlet Bernabéu Digital yesterday.

The report details how the 29-year-old Spaniard, who is contracted to Real Madrid until the end of the season, managed to finish the league clash against Huesca yesterday with a muscle injury in his right leg.

The player is now in doubt for the Champions League clash against Inter next week, joining the list of other unavailable players that includes Nacho, Álvaro Odriozola and Dani Carvajal.

Vazquez has made five appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 255 minutes. In that time, he has provided one assist, failing to find the back of the net.

Real Madrid have started the Champions League poorly, only earning one point in their first two games against Shakhtar Donetsk and Borussia Monchengladbach, meaning a win against Inter next week is crucial.
