Romelu Lukaku will be in the Belgium squad for their upcoming matches during the international break according to a report from the online edition of Belgian news outlet Het Laatste Nieuws.

The Inter striker missed Inter’s last game due to a muscle injury in one of his thighs, will miss tonight’s match away to Real Madrid in the Champions League group stage and is also reportedly at risk of missing this weekend’s league match versus Atalanta.

Despite this, this report goes on to explain that Lukaku will be in Roberto Martinez’s squads for the international friendly against Switzerland and UEFA Nations League matches with England and Denmark.

Even though he currently has an injury, he will still, at the very least, have to turn up to the Belgian national team’s training camp where his condition will be examined by their doctors and Inter are hopeful that there is common sense and the health of the player is put first.
