Belgian national team manager Roberto Martinez has admitted that a decision will be taken with regard to the usage of Romelu Lukaku on Monday.

Despite the fact Lukaku has missed Inter’s past two games due to a muscle problem and is by no means guaranteed to return for Inter’s match away to Atalanta this weekend, Martinez has still decided to include him in his squad.

In the upcoming international break, the number one world ranked Belgian national team will play a total of three matches.

The Red Devils will begin their run of fixtures with a friendly at home to Switzerland on Wednesday November 11, which will act as a warm up match for them for their UEFA Nations League clashes against England and Denmark which will be played on November 15 and November 18 respectivrly.

“He got an injury against Shakhtar but there is still some time left and we are confident he will be available. The medical staff are optimistic, we will test him on Monday and make a decision,” he explained upon announcing his squad for the upcoming matches, as quoted by Italian news outlet FCInter1908.it.
