Inter are likely to try and improve on their attacking options in the upcoming January transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Inter manager Antonio Conte wanted a vice-Romelu Lukaku signed last January and Inter did not manage to sign one then nor did they manage to bring one in in the most recent transfer window.

Olivier Giroud was linked to the club in January whilst there was talk of a potential swap deal involving Gervinho and Andrea Pinamonti but none of these moves came to fruition.

Inter could however go back in for Giroud or Gervinho in the January transfer window and Inter are also considering a third option in Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik.

Milik has been frozen out of the Napoli team and the report from the Turin based news outlet explains that Inter and Napoli could do a swap deal. Matias Vecino, Christian Eriksen and Radja Nainggolan are all potential trade chips that Inter could use.
