A report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport has highlighted which Inter players will be joining their national teams in the upcoming international break.
The report details how Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku has been called up by coach Roberto Martinez for Belgium, despite suffering from muscle issues that have kept him out of the last two games for the Nerazzurri.
Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal will be joining the Chilean national team, whilst Lautaro Martinez will head for the Argentina camp.
Defender Milan Skriniar, who has not featured in the last six games due to a positive Covid-19 test last month, was still called up by Slovakia, with Aleksandar Kolarov also joining his respective national team in Serbia.
Other players that will be joining their national teams include Stefan de Vrij, Christian Eriksen, Achraf Hakimi, Ivan Perisic, Marcelo Brozovic, Andrea Pinamonti and Alessandro Bastoni, the report continues.
Italy coach Roberto Mancini will make his selections soon, with players like Nicolo Barella and Stefano Sensi potentially joining the Azzurri.
