The report details how some local health authorities in Italy have blocked players departing for their national teams if their squads have positive cases of Covid-19, like with Roma and Fiorentina due to the positive cases of Edin Dzeko and Jose Callejon.
Inter also currently have a positive Covid-19 case in Italian backup keeper Daniele Padelli.
Nerazzurri players will not be blocked by the local health authority, the report continues, and must respond to their national team call ups.
The Inter players will be allowed to leave Italy to head to their respective nations as long as they reach the camps by private means, all but confirming the attendance of the Nerazzurri players.
