A report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Corriere della Sera has analysed Inter’s upcoming league clash against Atalanta this afternoon.

The report details how coach Antonio Conte is looking for a strong result against Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta in today’s game, after only winning one game in the last seven, against Genoa last month.

The team have already conceded 15 goals across all competitions this season, more than double compared to their position last season after six league games, where they had conceded seven.

The 51-year-old Italian coach has seen the team dominate their recent games but fail to provide defensive solidity and decisiveness in front of goal, and so will be hoping that today’s game against the Bergamo based club can be a turning point.

Inter and Atalanta are two teams that often use their wing backs in their attacking plays, with the Nerazzurri making 28 crosses so far this season, compared to Atalanta’s 24. Whoever controls the wings controls the pace of the game.
