Belgium national team manager Roberto Martinez has a plan in mind when it comes to how he will use Romelu Lukaku during the international break according to a report from the online edition of Belgian news outlet Le Soir.

The Inter striker is not in the greatest of conditions due to a recent muscle injury which forced him to miss two of Inter’s recent matches. He made a return to action off of the bench against Atalanta on Sunday but it was clear that he was not his usual self.

As per this report, Martinez’s plan is to let Lukaku miss the friendly match with Switzerland tomorrow. He will focus on using young players in the friendly.

With Martinez doing this it will allow Lukaku, who has seven goals in eight games this season for Inter, to focus on the UEFA Nations League clashes with England and Denmark, which are scheduled to be played on November 15 and November 18 respectively.
