Tottenham Hotspur have been offered the chance to re-sign Inter’s Christian Eriksen according to a report from British media outlet Football Insider.

Eriksen swapped north London for Milan last January and Spurs have been given a chance to bring the Danish national team attacking midfielder back to the club after a very disappointing spell at San Siro.

As per this report, intermediaries have offered Eriksen to Spurs as well as other leading Premier League clubs as Inter look to trim their wage bill via player sales or offloading big earners on loan.

Eriksen has not performed to expectations since his arrival at Inter on a four and a half year contract and reports elsewhere in the media have linked him with a host of other top clubs including Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain.

Since joining Inter, the 28-year-old has made 33 appearances, in which he has scored four goals and tallied three assists for his teammates.
