Inter and Torino are seriously considering a swap deal involving Matias Vecino and Armando Izzo according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Both clubs could budget for capital gains ranging from €20-25 million and Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta and Torino president Urbano Cairo have already spoken about a possible swap.

Izzo would rush to Inter whilst it is understood that Vecino is thinking about a possible switch to the Turin club very carefully as he knows that he would be able to play more at Torino and get back into the Uruguayan national team.

Vecino and Izzo being swapped has been spoken about in the media for several weeks already and it now remains to be seen if the two clubs will carry out a deal.

Izzo has made just one appearance this season and has found himself frozen out at Torino whilst Vecino has not appeared whatsoever for Inter due to being side lined by injury.
