Inter central midfielder Matias Vecino could potentially move to either Napoli or Torino according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Vecino is currently sidelined by injury and is anticipating a return to action in January and he remains on the transfer list of the Nerazzurri club.

In the Summer transfer window, Napoli had thought about him but his injury made Napoli turn their attention to Tiemoue Bakayoko. However, given Inter’s interest in Arkadiusz Milik, the report from the Turin based news outlet refuses to rule out the possibility of Vecino to Napoli coming back into vogue.

As for Torino, they could conduct a swap deal with Inter that would see the Uruguayan national team midfielder exchanged for Armando Izzo, who has been frozen out of the Granata team.

Vecino joined Inter in 2017 and has since made 96 appearances across all competitions for the club, in which he has scored 11 goals and tallied six assists.
