Inter are now ready to sell Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen in the upcoming January transfer window, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the Milanese club were not a fan of the 28-year-old Dane’s complaints in the last international break, and are now even unhappiness that more complaints were made again in this break.

Neither the club’s management or coach Antonio Conte appreciate a player thousands of miles away from Milan generating problems in the media. They would have preferred the player to raise the issue in person.

Combining these reasons with Eriksen’s failure to convince Conte on the pitch, the Nerazzurri are now fully prepared to lose the Dane in January, the report continues.

Eriksen has cost Inter around €25 million and the club would like to sell him or include him in a deal, but are not interested in losing the player on loan.

Manchester United and Arsenal are both interested, and a possible exchange with Chelsea could also take place. Eriksen’s high wages have discouraged several interested parties and Inter would gladly get rid of him.
