Inter central defender Andrea Ranocchia has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to share an image of himself working hard in training.

The experienced former Inter captain joined Inter back in the January transfer window of the 2010/11 season from Genoa and he has since went on to make 209 appearances across all competitions to date for the club, in which he has scored 13 goals and tallied five assists.

This season he has scored two goals and provided one assist.
