Danilo D’Ambrosio’s agent Vincenzo Pisacane has revealed that his client dreams of being able to stay with Inter as long as possible.

D’Ambrosio joined Inter back in January transfer window of the 2013/14 season from Torino and is under contract with the Nerazzurri club until the end of this season although it has been widely reported that there is already an agreement in place regarding a contract extension.

“D’Ambrosio is a right-footer, but he fits very well on the left. For several years there was the possibility of him moving to Napoli, but nothing ever materialized because for Inter he is an untouchable player,” Pisacane began an interview with Italian radio station Radio CRC, which took place earlier on today.

He went on to add: “His dream and his desire are to stay in Milan as long as possible, he has been wearing the Inter shirt for seven years and therefore I find it very difficult to see him defend the colours of Napoli.”

In his nearly seven years with the club, the 32-year-old Italian national team representative, has made 217 appearances across all competitions to date for the club, in which he has scored 19 goals and provided 17 assists for his teammates.

This season the former Juve Stabia player has made eight appearances across all competitions to date and in his time on the park he has scored two goals.
