Christian Eriksen’s Inter destiny has already been decided with him to be moved on in the upcoming January transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

There are already some intermediaries testing the waters with several Premier League clubs regarding a potential swap deal involving the Danish national team attacking midfielder, who has recently been linked to Paris Saint-Germain.

Arsenal are at the forefront and Inter and the Gunners could potentially set-up a swap deal that would see Eriksen and Granit Xhaka exchanged.

An agreement will not be easy though as the two clubs will have to come to an agreement over the values of both players.

Whilst Xhaka does not have the same characteristics as Inter manager Antonio Conte’s dream signing N’Golo Kante, the Swiss national team player is without doubt more suitable than Eriksen is for his team.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to add that Manchester United and Chelsea are both interested in Eriksen as well.

Things with Kante could come back to life although the problem at the moment is there is no encouraging signs coming from Stamford Bridge neither for Kante nor Emerson Palmieri. Inter have also got an interest in Chelsea’s Olivier Giroud.
