Andrea Pinamonti has not suffered any injury to his ankle according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was broadcast a short time ago.

The Inter and Italian youth national team striker took a blow to his ankle in Italy under 21’s match with Luxembourg a couple of days ago which led to some concern but the players condition was examined today by Inter medical staff and the tests have ruled out any injuries for the 21-year-old.

Whilst the tests have ruled out any injury, the player, who re-joined Inter in the Summer transfer window from fellow Serie A club Genoa, will still need a few days to get over the knock.

Since his return to the club on a four year contract, Pinamonti, who is a product of Inter’s youth academy, has found playing time hard to come by. He has made just three substitute appearances and has failed to make any goal contributions.
