Inter central midfielder Stefano Sensi has a desire for redemption as he nears a return to action according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Sensi has not played for either Inter or Italy since October 7 in Italy versus Moldova and his latest spell out on the sidelines is just one of several in the past 13 months, where he has been on the sidelines more than he has been available to play.

In the coming days the former Sassuolo player will return to full training alongside his teammates and his hope is to be included in the squad for the match versus Torino on Sunday.

In any case, the report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to explain that Sensi’s return to action will happen gradually, especially since there is the psychological side of things needing to be taken into account.
