There are two positions in the Torino line-up being contested for ahead of this weekend’s Serie A match away to Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
As per the report, Mërgim Vojvoda and Wilfried Singo are battling it out between themselves for the stating jersey at right back. As things currently stand, Singo has an advantage over Vojvoda.
The other starting jersey up for grabs is the one alongside star man and club captain Andrea Belotti in the attack.
There are currently three players in Simone Zaza, Federico Bonazzoli and Simone Verdi in contention for the start alongside Belotti and the report does not specify whether any of the three are leading the race.
Torino are heading into this weekend’s match away to Inter sitting directly above the relegation zone only on goal difference and could slip into the relegation zone depending on their result with Inter and Genoa and Udinese’s results.
