Serie B side U.S. Cremonese have developed an interest in signing Inter Primavera player Gaetano Pio Oristanio ahead of the fast approaching January transfer window according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

With the Primavera 1 season having been suspended due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, Inter are prepared to evaluate the options available to them such as loans when it comes to young players in addition to allowing them to train with the first team.

Oristanio could well be one of the players sent out on loan for the second half of the 2020/21 season in order to get some game time.

New Cremonese sporting director Ariedo Braida likes Oristanio, who has impressed Inter with his performances at youth level as well as on the youth international stage.

The report goes on to explain that Braida is considering bringing Oristanio in on loan as a reinfrocement for Cremonese, who currently sit 20th in Serie B.
