Inter have decided to give up on waiting for Christian Eriksen to impress and will look to sell him in January, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Corriere della Sera.

The report details how the 28-year-old Dane is clearly on the fringes of coach Antonio Conte’s project at the club, after again complaining about his lack of playing time to the media earlier this month.

Eriksen has clearly failed to acclimatize to Italian football, and may not even speak the language yet, the report continues, with Conte admitting yesterday in a press conference that he was unsure about the Dane’s level of Italian.

Romelu Lukaku did offer to help him with the language, but it is clear that the problems run deeper.

The 51-year-old Italian coach clearly stated yesterday that he has given Eriksen multiple chances but now is not going to continue praying for the Dane to impress.

The Nerazzurri are looking to sell him in the upcoming January transfer window and are not considering any temporary loan deals.
