Inter central midfielder Stefano Sensi has re-joined his Inter teammates for full training ahead of Wednesday night’s Champions League group stage clash at home to Real Madrid according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was broadcast a short time ago.

Sensi has been plagued by injury since his arrival at Inter in the Summer of 2019 and has now recovered from his most recent injury problem and in today’s training session he worked with his teammates and now foresees his return to the field.

The Italian national team player is getting closer and closer to a return to action and it now remains to be seen whether that will come perhaps as early as Wednesday’s match versus Real Madrid or if it will be in this weekend’s Serie A match against former employers Sassuolo or later.

This season the 24-year-old has been limited to just three appearances but has not made any goal contributions.
