Inter manager Antonio Conte will make three changes to the starting line-up that played in the 4-2 win over Torino for tomorrow night’s UEFA Champions League group stage match at home to Spanish giants Real Madrid according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Two of the three changes will be made to the defence with Andrea Ranocchia and Danilo D’Ambrosio set to be replaced.

Ranocchia will be replaced by Stefan de Vrij at the heart of the Nerazzurri defence whilst Milan Skriniar will take over from Danilo D’Ambrosio at right centre back.

The third change will be made at left wing-back. Ashley Young, who had a game to forget against Torino, will be replaced by Ivan Perisic.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Achraf Hakimi, Nicolo Barella, Roberto Gagliardini, Ivan Perisic; Arturo Vidal; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
