Inter are forbidden from making any mistakes in tomorrow evening’s Champions League group stage encounter at home to Real Madrid according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, which was broadcast late last night.

Although failing to win would not rule qualification for the next round out, Inter manager Antonio Conte hopes to see a reaction from his team who performed below expectations for the first hour of their 4-2 win over Torino at the weekend.

Conte wants to see the competitive fury that was on show last season again and as per this report Conte is almost settled on his team.

Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku will be Inter’s strikeforce against Los Blancos whilst Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni will form the defensive trident. Achraf Hakimi will be at right wing-back and Ashley Young should be at left-wing back.

Conte’s only selection doubts come in the midfield. Nicolo Barella and Arturo Vidal are both certain to start. Roberto Gagliardini is currently ahead of Christian Eriksen in the race for the final spot in the middle of the park.
