Inter must pick up seven points in the last three matches in the UEFA Champions League group stage to be sure of qualification for the next round according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Inter head into tonight’s match versus Real Madrid at San Siro sitting bottom of group B with just two points to their name after three games played but despite this they still stand a chance at making it to the next round of the competition.

The report goes on to highlight how in the lead-up to this game Inter manager Antonio Conte has labelled it as a final and he knows full well that the team still need to make a definitive leap in quality.

After tonight’s match versus Real Madrid, Inter will then face Borussia Monchengladbach away from home next Tuesday and will conclude their group stage at home to Shakhtar Donetsk on December 9.
