Inter’s owners Suning have complete trust in manager Antonio Conte and are convinced that the difficult moment Inter are currently going through will end soon according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Inter have won just four of their 12 matches across all competitions to date this term, have one win in their last six and for the first time in club history they have failed to win any of their first four Champions League group stage matches.

Conte feels that he has everyone on his side but amid Inter’s struggles, Massimiliano Allegri’s name has began to circulate again as a potential replacement for Conte on the Inter bench.

As things currently stand though, Inter are not considering a managerial change because they have full confidence in Conte and because they will today record a loss of €100 million in their annual shareholders meeting and paying off another manager would be complicated.

The report goes on to conclude that it cannot be ruled out that Conte could ditch his current tactics in favour of playing a system with four at the back opposed to the current three at the back.
