Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin discussed Inter’s vital 3-0 Serie A win over Sassuolo in a post on his Twitter page earlier today.

The Nerazzurri started the game incredibly well, with Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez scoring in only the fourth minute to put them ahead.

An own goal from Vlad Chiriches in the 14th minute widen the gap, which was added to by Italian midfielder Roberto Gagliardini in the second half, his second league goal of the season.

The win means that Inter are now second in the league table after nine games, sitting on 18 points, two below rivals and league leaders AC Milan, who can extend their lead with a win over Fiorentina tomorrow afternoon.

Inter’s next game is against German side Borussia Monchengladbach in the Champions League next week, a key game if Antonio Conte’s side want to progress to the next stage of the competition.

Biasin discussed the game in a Tweet, saying:

“The answer is never in words, but in deeds. Today Inter played with their head, the intensity, gave a good fix to their spot in the table and finally seemed like ‘Conte’s team’. Today Inter did ‘the deeds’. Bravo.”
