Bologna goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski discussed the Rossoblu’s upcoming league clash against Inter in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia earlier today, after their win over Crotone.

First, he commented on his impressive save against a shot from Crotone forward Simy.

“Yes, it was not easy, you have to be always focused especially when you concede one shot in only 90 minutes. We are very happy not to have conceded a goal, we must continue like this.”

The 29-year-old Polish shot stopper then looked ahead to next weekend’s encounter with the Nerazzurri.

“We have difficult games ahead of us, but we usually play well against the big teams. We hope to repeat ourselves. The league table is not bad now, that’s why it was important to win.”

Bologna are currently tenth in the league table after nine games, sitting on 12 points. The Rossoblu have won three out of their last five league games, shacking off a poor start.

Inter, on the other hand, are currently second in the league table after nine games, sitting on 18 points. They are five points behind rivals and league leaders AC Milan.

The Nerazzurri’s next game is a key Champions League clash against German side Borussia Monchengladbach.

Antonio Conte’s side have to win the game if they want to have any hope of progressing to the next stage of the competition, considering that they’re currently bottom of their group.
