Udinese central midfielder Rodrigo de Paul has implied that he will not do anything negative in order to get a move away from the Bianconeri club, who he is very thankful of.
“This club has given me so much, this city has made me a father and has allowed me to go to the national team. In short, here I have realised all my dreams,” he explained in an interview with Udinese’s official club broadcaster Udinese TV which was broadcast late last night.
He then went on to add: “If one day I have to leave, it won’t happen by making a mess or controversy.”
The Argentine national team player has been linked with making a move away from Udinese for several seasons now given his consistent performances but no move has ever come to fruition.
Ahead of the upcoming January transfer window de Paul’s name has been linked with a whole array of clubs, including Inter, and Udinese have reportedly set an asking price of €30 million for the 26-year-old.
This season the former Racing Club player has made 11 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored two goals and provided three assists for his teammates.
