Alexis Sanchez is to come into the Inter starting line-up for tomorrow’s Serie A match at home to Bologna according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was broadcast a short time ago.

The Chilean national team player is to come into the side from the first whistle in order to give Lautaro Martinez an opportunity to rest ahead of Inter’s all important final UEFA Champions League group stage match versus Shakhtar Donetsk in the middle of next week.

Sanchez coming in for Martinez will not be the only change made to the side that started in Tuesday night’s UEFA Champions League group stage win away to Borussia Monchengladbach.

Ivan Perisic and Achraf Hakimi will both come into the starting XI with them set to replace Ashley Young and Matteo Darmian at left wing-back and right wing-back respectively.

Arturo Vidal will meanwhile come in for Nicolo Barella whilst there is a chance that Andrea Ranocchia could replace Stefan de Vrij in defence.
