Aleksandar Kolarov has tested negative for COVID-19 according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport 24 which was broadcast a short time ago.
The Inter and Serbian national team player tested positive for COVID-19 on November 17 and has missed Inter’s past four games across all competitions due to having the virus.
Having tested negative, the experienced former Roma player will be able to return to training alongside his Nerazzurri teammates.
The report does not specify whether or not Kolarov has any chance whatsoever of being included in Inter’s squad for tomorrow evening’s Serie A match at home to 10th placed Bologna.
Kolarov joined Inter in the most recent Summer transfer window on a one year contract. Since his arrival in Milan, the 35-year-old has made a total of six appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has provided a single assist in his time on the park which totals 460 minutes.
