Inter central midfielder Lucien Agoume’s agent Oscar Damiani has admitted that he expects to see the youngster get more playing time than he already has during his loan spell with Spezia.
“Unfortunately he doesn’t have much space. When he did play he did well, he is having a great experience,” he explained in an interview with Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.
“He is a mature boy, even if he does not play he is drawing positive things and knows how to be ready. I expect him to have found more space, he deserves it.”
Damiani then downplayed the recent media speculation that reigning German champions Bayern Munich have an interest in signing the French youth national team player.
“Today it is not important to listen to the rumours, but to focus on his experience at Spezia, hoping he will have more space.”
Agoume joined Inter in the Summer of 2019 from French club FC Sochaux and in his debut campaign with the club he made three appearances at first team level.
The promising 18-year-old, who is contracted to Inter for the foreseeable future and often found himself compared to Manchester United’s Paul Pogba, has made three appearances whilst out on loan at Serie A newcomers Spezia but in his time on the park, which totals just over 200 minutes, he has not made any goal contributions.
