Inter are one of three clubs with an interest in signing Hellas Verona midfielder Mattia Zaccagni according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper L’Arena.

Inter, Napoli and Lazio have developed a keen interest in signing the Italian but for the time being, unless any offers that cannot be refused arrive, Hellas Verona have no plans to deprive themselves of a player who has been key for them this season.

The report explains that all three clubs agree that Zaccagni is valued in the region of €10 million but there is a risk that if his good performances continue that his price could rise and rise.

Inter could potentially use Federico Dimarco and Eddy Salcedo in a deal whilst Lazio could potentially offer Felipe Caicedo although manager Simone Inzaghi is not keen on this idea. Napoli could meanwhile just offer more cash.

This season 25-year-old Zaccagni has made 11 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored two goals and tallied four assists for his teammates.
