Inter are sitting in 25th place in European football’s governing body UEFA’s club rankings list following the latest round of European football action.

The Nerazzurri were eliminated from the UEFA Champions League group stage and European football entirely in mid-week and are likely to pay dearly for this over the rest of the season as far as their UEFA club ranking is concerned.

Inter are currently the fourth highest ranked Italian team in UEFA’s club rankings. Juventus are currently ranked third best behind Bayern Munich and Barcelona.

Roma are ranked 18th, Napoli are ranked 20th and then Inter are at 25th. Atalanta are in 29th and Lazio are in 36th and depending on their performances in Europe between now and the end of the 2020/21 season, they could well overtake Inter in the rankings.

AC Milan are currently ranked in 54th place having climbed five positions compared to the last rankings.
